Lucky Penny provides AI enablement consulting services designed to help small to medium-sized companies integrate AI and agentic systems into your existing operational framework. Our services include assessments, systems design, implementation, and ongoing support.
2. Client Responsibilities
Client responsibilities include providing accurate information about your current operating model, team structure, and specific business goals. We rely on your honesty to ensure a successful partnership.
3. Intellectual Property
All materials and deliverables created by Lucky Penny for the Client are the exclusive property of the Client. We retain ownership of our own intellectual property, including our proprietary methodologies and tools.
4. Limitation of Liability
Lucky Penny shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services rendered.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
